Poor design details spoil this product

Lots of small badly designed things combine to make this an frustrating cooker to use. Side opening main door is a pain to use if you want to lift something out of the oven and move to the left. Definitely a backward step. The lefties in my family complain a lot. Shelves have a pronounced lip on them so sliding something in/out of them is impossible. (which greatly increases the chances of not keeping you pan/dish level). Oven is very noisy compered to my old AEG oven and the fans run for a long time after use (can be hours). I specifically bought a cooker with knobs to control the hob rather than touch controls on the hob as I was fed up with boiling over pans or condensation from pan lids switching things off on my old AEG cooker - only to discover that the timer for the hobs is still touch controls and is more than capable of turning off the hobs when wet. Hobs will turn themselves off after a time (length of time depends on the setting used) very annoying for example when I wanted to steam a Christmas pudding for 6 hours. Really should be able to turn off this feature or at least choose the time for shutoff yourself. The hob timer is so poorly designed, unreliable (slightest dampness messes it up) and fiddly to use, is only minutes not hours and minutes (no use for a 6hr Christmas pud - designers clearly did not consider the UK market where puds etc. steam for ages) - had to buy a separate timer to save my sanity. Hob auto heat function rarely does anything except burn food or boil over pans. Works as advertised maybe 1 in 3 times. Hobs produce an annoying ticking noise when simmering. I regularly have thing on a slow simmer and the hobs produce an annoying tick every time they turn off/on which can be every 10 to 20 seconds.
