Has only small effect

The first time I used M2 was after having broken eyelashes after eyelash extensions - therefore I thought the effect was better than it really was. Have subsequently used it again - but not with the same effect, it works a little - but not as much as they say in the advertisements. Makes a dark edge on the eyelid and stings if it gets into the eye.
