The weight of the seat adds up to 15 kg. It's quite a bit of weight to lug around when the time comes to move the seat, but also consider that this seat is what keeps your child safe in your car, so it being hefty might not be a bad thing. You must mount this seat in your car using Isofix. Most, if not all, modern cars have Isofix fixing points in the backseat, so if you have at least a relatively new car, you shouldn't have to worry.
