If you had planned on using your Switch primarily as a handheld console, then this variant should do just fine for you. If you really do want to be able to connect it to your TV, you should go for the regular Switch instead.

The Lite version of the Switch features a slightly smaller 5.5-inch screen (compared to the 6.2-inch screen of the regular Switch). In our opinion, however, this is still fully adequate for a portable console.
