Product details
Smeg is a brand known for the retro design of its products, and this espresso machine is no exception. It lets you make various types of coffee, while at the same time giving you lots of colour options. So you should have no problem finding one that suits your kitchen.
- Integrated milk frother
- Available in five colours
- Permanent filter
- 15 bar brewing pressure
- Thermal blocks
- Two brewing sprouts
This is quite a compact espresso machine compared to some rival models. But despite this, it still has a few handy features. For one, it has a built-in milk frother, so you can use it to make a cappuccino or a latte without the need for a separate machine. So in that regard, it has nothing to be ashamed of in relation to bulkier machines.
This particular model uses a technology called thermal blocks. What this does, in short, is that it heats the water rapidly and thus shortens the time it takes you to make your coffee.
What Smeg is perhaps most known for is the colour options for their products. If you want a touch of colour in your kitchen, you might want to go for pink, red or blue? If not, this model is also available in black or white.
In short, this is an espresso machine that manages to combine style with function. It is popular among our users and has an excellent review average of 4.5 out of 5. The current lowest price is £280.
