Cruel sports phones

Cruel sports phones, I've previously only used in-ear lurks when running practice because I've found over-ear getting too sweaty and hot. One problem I have with in-ear lurking is that they often fall out when I start sweating but with these lurks it's completely different, they sit well and feel cool even though I sweat quite a lot and it's easy to pick off the pillows and rinse them off after the running round. The additional plus is that they have good battery life and they let in a lot of background noise which is nice when exercising outdoors.
