Took money then waited over 5 weeks for item to come into stock and be delivered.
Slight delivery issue as the day and period were well communicated but the tracking lagged a bit so I thought I'd get home in time and then missed it by seconds. Easy to re-schedule, but then it arrived with one important part damaged and unusable. Having said that, I got through to customer services very quickly, and they arranged a replacement direct from the manufacturer which arrived fast. Despite hiccups a very reassuring experience which proved they are well up to sorting things out without fuss.
I purchased from electricshop based on a link from Pricerunner for a TV I had been price watching for a few months. I could not fault electricshop on their order processing and on time delivery.
Awesome!!! Customer service were really nice and helpful and waiting time was really short! Unlike other places where you spend 20 mins just waiting for someone to pick up... Would recommend them 5*!!!
I was given a specific delivery slot where I had to book the whole day off, which was not ideal. There wwas no option or evening or weekend delivery option
