I don't normally do surveys or reviews but this has to be the worst service I have ever received from a company over the internet, My advise to anyone purchasing anything from moores appliances is don't bother if you have a problem with anything you will find it very difficult to get anything done about it even when it is delivered damaged, They will try and say you did not follow their terms and conditions even when your appliance is delivered by the manufacturer not by them. Total rubbish we are currently in a dispute with this firm and our credit card company. will also be contacting trading standards. I will order next time from a professional company with top customer service such as john lewis or ao.com free easy returns even after 10 days

Overall Moores Applicances has been excellent. My only moan is that I was informed that when my purchase was delivered the delivery firm would unpack the item, inspect it with me and then take away all of the packaging. This was not the case, in fact when I said to the delivery men that I understaood that the items were to be unpacked, jointly insepcted and they were to remove the packaging I was greeted with a massive surprised look and "who told you that and where did you order the goods from" type of response, basically they laughed at me. They said that was not part of their job all they do is deliver. so perhaps Moores Apps needs to make sure what the true delivery process is. I must admit they were very pleasant about it but would not do anything more than leave the packages unopened. They added that once the appliances were fitted and its discovered thaty something is not right then that's the time to complain, not on delivery. I haven't had the applicances unpacked or fitted
