If you wish to cancel your goods, we ask that you advise us within 7 days of receiving them. We reserve the right to charge for the collection of goods and to charge for any damage to the goods while in your possession. You must notify us in writing during this period of your intention to cancel.Goods must be returned in there original packaging unused and in perfect condition.Reserving Goods On-LineA 10% to deposit will reserve goods for a maximum of 30 days. Full payment must be received within the 30 Days, otherwise the goods will be released into stock for general sale and you will forfeit your deposit. This does not affect your Statutory Rights under the sale of goods act.

You can then either return your item to us or arrange to have the item uplifted by us a standard delivery charge will apply. When you purchase online or by phone you have a statutory right to return unopened goods up to 7 days after receiving your order: this is the cooling off period. (European Directive on Distance Selling) We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the unopened goods to us and we will organize a refund (excluding delivery cost). Any breakages/damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. The prices payable for the items that you order are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable.
