It’s brewed using, zesty Sourdough loaves that make it a really refreshing beer. Late hops enhance the aroma but don’t overpower with bitterness. A perfect session pale ale. Crumbs Rye Ruby 500ml 5% ABV: If you like your beers dark and mysterious then a 12 bottle case of our Rye Ruby is perfect for you. Our Rye Ruby Ale is brewed using the complex flavours of Chalk Hills Rye bread. It’s a complex loaf with complex flavours of caraway seed and spice.
