Hand Scrubs

We do a lot with our hands throughout the day and the thin skin has to endure a lot. Washing up by hand, or frequently washing and sanitising your hands may make them dry and chapped. So it’s a good idea to pick a gentle hand scrub that doesn’t damage the delicate skin. Choose a scrub made specifically for hands, as body scrubs tend to have quite large grains.

Using hand scrub on wet skin is preferable, as the water softens the skin and makes it more receptive to cleansing. This rule applies all over your body.
