A watch for women from Bering which runs on batteries and is easy to maintain. You just need to swap the batteries when they run out. The nice hands are greatly complemented by the white watch face. The nice silver strap goes with several different outfits. Swimming with this watch should be fine based on its 5 ATM (50m) water protection.

Battery-powered watches are simply built and don't require as much maintenance as mechanical watches do. Should the watch stop you can probably just swap the battery. They also run more consistently than mechanical watches.
Water protection on watches can come off as confusing and misleading. It is measured in meters and ATM (atmospheres), in this case, 5 ATM (50m). This has nothing to do with how deep you can dive with the watch, but it is perfectly fine to go swimming with it.
Analogue hands have been standard on watches for over two hundred years and are just as relevant and well-functioning today.
