We think it's fair to say that a computer mouse is a pretty essential part of any computer setup. If you use a laptop there is probably a touch pad you could use instead, but the accuracy and ease of use you get with a mouse is unrivaled.

For practically any task besides intensive gaming, you'd probably do just fine with a mouse such as this one. Even if you work mostly with a laptop we recommend that you use a mouse to make things a bit more ergonomic for you, since using a touch pad can be stressful for your shoulder, neck and forearm in some cases.
Some modern computer mice, particularly gaming mice, has a ton of buttons, and in some cases you can even program them yourself. This, however, is a slightly more modest model with just three buttons.
